Request the erasure of an email address

You can request that your email address be erased from our systems and never added again. This request is free and doesn't require an account.

This form erases what we hold on our own account: our verdict memory, and the addresses our "find" feature produced.

It does not affect a list submitted by one of our customers: for those we are only the processor, and that customer is the controller. Write to us and we will tell you how to reach them.

We keep the address you enter for as long as it takes to process the request, then we erase it. What remains after that is a fingerprint, which can't identify you and exists only to make sure this address is never added again.
